Group Finance & Business Manager (FBM)
Our client, a professionally operated first-generation family office is looking for a Group Finance & Business Manager (FBM). Reporting to the family board, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Dubai, alternate asset class investments globally across hedge funds, tech venture and private equity Funds, as well as other funds and stocks, invested through offshore and free zone entities. The family office also incubates new businesses. You will be supported by a team of junior executives and outsourced advisers.

Key Qualifications:
1. Qualified Chartered Accountant, with 6 to 10 years of post-qualification work experience.
2. An MBA Finance from a reputed business school, with at least 5 years of post-MBA experience.
3. A degree in law or skilled in drafting and reviewing leases, NDAs, SPAs and standard agreements.
4. Sectoral experience preferably across Real Estate and/ or Hospitality.
5. At least three years of work experience in Dubai.
6. Able to write crisp and concise summaries and one-page proposals.
7. Self-motivated go-getter, with a results-oriented mindset rather than a process-oriented one.
8. Exceptional abilities in MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint and bookkeeping
9. Track record of spending no less than 3 years in any organization.
10. Holder of a valid UAE driving license.
