Tanami is currently hiring for an “HR Generalist” and will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, policies & procedures, employee engagement, and visa processing.
Responsibilities
- Create job description & for job descriptions to be up to date
- Oversee full-cycle of recruitment (by conducting interview & identifying the right candidates)
- Onboarding & offboarding employees
- Conduct Exit interviews
- Coordination with other Departments (Admin, Marketing, Accounts)
- Assist with all internal and external HR related matters
- Managing the visa process from (processing for new hire, renewals)
- Investigate complaints brought forward by employees
- Monitoring employees attendance and leave tracker
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity to Direct Line Manager
- Maintains up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation
- Develop plans to maintain good communication and positive relationship with employees to enhance employee satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years’ of experience working in Human Resources
