We are hiring a Senior Accountant with 6-7 years of experience in the core Automotive industry. The location is Ajman, UAE. Should be able to join immediately, in 7 days’ time.
The Senior Accountant will join a small accounting team and be a key part of our success in handling the significant growth. We are looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented individual, who is comfortable leading process improvement projects successfully to implementation.
Job responsibilities (not limited to)
Invoice/billing Flat rate invoices
Tracking receivables/payments
Cash flow/bank position monitoring
Preparing and managing complete financial accounting
Prepare and circulate monthly management account
Preparing budgets
Preparing rolling forecast
Monthly closing of books of accounts
Tracking bank loans including settlement of principal and interest
Cash flow forecasting
Review and ensure accounting records are accurate
Review payments
Providing reconciled VAT report for return filing
Managing statutory audits by preparing schedules
Assisting Board Meeting
Other duties as assigned
Required Experience
At least 6-7 years of experience in the Automotive industry
Experience in using automated accounting systems
Required Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
