Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the ideal candidate will be involved with day to day accounting & operations in this busy food & beverage environment. She must have a strong background with accountancy as well as having proven people management and admin skills. She must be well organised, punctual, and possess excellent attention to detail. She must be flexible with time, be good at multitasking and have strong customer service skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Daily accounts & operation
- Supervise team
- Ensure individual & commercial client satisfaction
- Priorities & problem-solve
- Liaise directly with suppliers & customers
- VAT filing
- Meet with & update MD daily
Qualifications:
· Bachelor Degree or equivalent
· Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
· 3+ years’ accounting experience
· Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
· Excellent written & spoken English
· Proven Leadership Skills
· Experience with Food & Beverage, e-commerce & Xero is advantageous
