We are looking to employ a highly motivated Warehouse Manager for a poultry farm in UAE.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Engagement in developing of customer agreement elements, deploy these to field execution, monitor performance on monthly basis.
- Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s Vision, policies and Procedures.
- Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.
- Overseeing the receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance of finished goods, raw materials, spare parts, and other inventorial items.
- Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
- Monitor stocks regularly to ensure the adequacy and availability for the day-to-day requirements by Production, Sales, and other departments/stakeholders.
- Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of inventorial assets .
- Prepare weekly/quarterly material requirement planning to ensure timely order and materials availability for the production and trading.
- Approve purchase requisition in accordance with company policies and procedures and coordinate with supplier / procurement team the scheduling of purchase deliveries.
- Ensure that all stock movements between departments are timely and accurately recorded in the ERP with proper and complete supporting documents.
- Keep track of slow moving and obsolete stocks and highlight to the management for immediate and appropriate action.
- Prepare annual warehouse budget
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
- Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies.
- Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
- Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.
- Liaise to third party cold storage provider as required.
- Attends internal and external queries by all department heads.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE :
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience Preferably in Fresh business industry.
- Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
- Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
- Valid drivers’ license.
- Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Proficient computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
