Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for organizing and planning day-to-day fleet control and ensuring efficient movement of vehicles to all BRAC locations.
- Ensuring car is in good condition.
- Scheduling drivers as per assigned duties.
- Maintain attendance & timing of drivers.
- Coordinating with customers.
- Resolving complaints & issues of Customers.
- Coordinate and control utilization of vehicle manpower to save costs.
- Coordinating with the workshop about the car due to accidents & repairs.
- Manage & handle the breakdown & recovery.
