A well-known and well-reputed Company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is looking for an experienced, skilled, competent, mature, qualified, creative, and intelligent candidate with significant knowledge and relevant working experience for the position of  “Sales Manager“.

Sales Manager (Russian Speaker)

Main Responsibilities:

– Manage the performance and allocation of sales team; provide leadership and support, while motivating and training of property advisors.

– Develop a sales strategy to achieve the organizational monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. – Review Property advisors performance against targets.

– Connect Property advisor with developers when needed. – Work on sales scripts with agents – Track and report back on sales performance on periodic basis.

– Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly.

– Develop effective training programs that teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale.

– Review MOUs, conduct QA on transactions to ensure compliance with firm and DED/RERA regulations.

Requirements:

-Minimum 3 years in a real estate brokerage firm.

-Ability to bring own client.

– Solid knowledge in Dubai Real Estate Market, communities, developers, with a focus on Luxury/ High-end Properties.

-Trustworthy and results-driven.

-Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation.

-RERA Brokerage license knowledge.

-Driving license.
