Macchina is growing fast in the field of IoT and is looking for a Female Senior Accountant to take full responsibility of the Finance function while being supported by the Group Macchina reports to.
Responsibilities
- Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
- Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close
- Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes
- Research and analyze expense variances for company management
- Reconstruct the accounting of Macchina and learn the business through it.
-Prepare financial statement for 2020 and 2021
- Responsibility of invoicing and follow up
- AP ledger bookkeeping
- AR ledger bookkeeping
- Entering and managing outgoing payments and settling them including communication with the bank and visiting them when needed
- Preparing payroll and executing salary payments including reporting to authorities for salary related items (tax, social security, superannuation etc.)
- Set-up stock accounting and control it as per Group instructions.
- Preparing cash flow forecast and reporting to Group
- VAT reporting to authorities
- Other mandatory reporting to authorities
- Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly closing including reconciliations
- Preparing monthly and quarterly report to Group HQ
- Preparing annual statutory financial statements and communicating with the local auditors
- Preparing annual taxation

– Direct reporting to the Group CFO

– Support from Financial advisor/mentor
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ of professional accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
