The ideal candidate has experience developing and executing company-wide marketing strategy building on Kadoon’s current brand equity across diversified business units. In this capacity, the candidate will lead, manage, grow, and inspire a combination of inhouse and outsourced marketing capabilities. He/she will orchestrate daily marketing campaigns, digital and non-digital, marketing activities, strategy execution projects that enable growth in addressable markets. The candidate should have experience and knowledge of ATL, BTL, traditional and digital marketing techniques that are fit for both in house teams or marketing agencies. He/she will adopt growth hacking mindset to mine for acquisition, activation, retention, and upselling opportunities. The candidate is a class A communicator and influencer who will continue to the growth of a top brand in the region in B2C and B2B domains. Candidate will travel 30% of the time across GCC.
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for brand management and identity, developing and executing marketing strategies
- Deploys successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Conceptualizes and execute multi-channel campaigns throughout different customers lifecycle; ensures communication alignment with different business units
- Manages tests through both organic and paid acquisition channels;
- Manages both offline and online creative teams to ensure timely delivery of online and offline media assets`
- Develop and manage content guidelines, tone of voice and governance in alignment with brand managers.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of managing and optimizing paid ad channels, including developing new campaigns, creatives, and messaging.
- Experiments with new campaigns to respond to testing goals, seasonality, special announcements, and product launches.
- Establishes full understanding of communication needs and target audiences for multiple products and services
- Builds strategic relationships and partner with stakeholders in the Healthcare & Wellness ecosystem.
- Prepares and monitors the marketing budget across different business units
- Builds all marketing performance tracking reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, marketing, and digital marketing certifications from global institutes
- 5+ years’ experience in wellness, beauty care and medical services marketing and eCommerce; prior experience in wellness domains is essential.
- Experienced in content creation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
- Proven record in successful growth hacking initiatives; high performer in rapid experimentation across marketing channels and product development to identify business growth opportunities.
- Experience with marketing automation, CMS and CRM tools
- Experience in utilizing digital platforms to generate business growth, competitive intelligence platforms and increase conversion rates
- Strong knowledge of using performance marketing reporting and data visualization tools (Power BI and/or Tableau
- Strong performance in leading projects within services industries
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic
