Position for UAE National candidates only
We are looking for 2 Coordinators to work in the Employee Relations team, support and driving the employee services function. The positions are based in Abu Dhabi.
Candidates should possess:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
- 3 year experience in HR
- Knowledge of UAE law
- experience of using AD ERP is an advantage
- excellent IT skills
Duties include (but not limited to):
- Provide advice and guidance to managers and out stationed HR colleagues on a range of employee relations matters
- Support the assigned entities with implementing any change process
- Ensure effective and efficient application of HR Policies & Procedures
- Prepare Reports & Statistics related HR activities
- Support the new hire process and new employees including provide health insurance for staff and their families
- Validating staff attendance as per location assigned
- Ensure that the organisation goals, policies and procedures are accurately communicated to employees
- Communicate employees of policy changes and updates
- Monitor HR indicators such as sick leave, turnover in order to suggest corrective strategies
- Follow-up on employee probation process, report and issue probation confirmation letters
