– Assistant HR Manager
- Manage the full HR process focused on recruitment, talent review, growth and ongoing assessment, definition of compensation and benefits, offer letters and DMCC contracts and onboarding strategy with support of Team Culture Manager. All financial details to be aligned and communicated with finance as part of this function. * Definition and ongoing optimisation of team Performance Management Strategy in collaboration with line Managers and senior management teams.
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law essential – full understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures required.

- Industry experience in similar agency type environment
