Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Oversee accounts department to ensure effective and harmonious performance.
2. Organize team members’ roles and evaluate their performance.
3. Assist with new employee onboarding and training program.
4. Providing financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data.
5. Preparing asset, liability, and capital account entries by analyzing account information.
6. Documentation of financial transactions by updating account data.
7. Recommending financial actions and summarizing the current financial status.
8. Collecting data, preparing balance sheets, and profit and loss statement.
9. Handling financial transactions by auditing documents.
10. Maintaining accounting control by preparing policies and procedures.
11. Directing accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering queries.

3. Strong fluency in verbal and written English.
