We are looking for a Procurement Manager for our company who will be responsible for managing the entire procurement department.
Duties:
· Estimates and establishes best cost parameters and budgets for purchases
· Manages vendors/suppliers and maintains excellent relationships
· Develops strategic plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies
· Negotiates best deals for pricing and supply contracts
· Creates and supervises inventory of all incoming and current supplies
· Approves the ordering of necessary goods and services
· Tracks and reports key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
· Performs risk management for supply contracts and agreements
· Controls spending and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
· Foresees alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients
· In- charge for all purchasing operations and company and private cars (all branches)
Requirements:
· Bachelor degree in a relevant field
· 10+ years of hands on experience in procurement
· At least 4 years in a managerial/supervisory level in UAE
· Experience in the elevators/construction field is required
