Currently we are looking for a high-performing Real Estate Sales Manager for building in a Go Getter team of passionate individuals by keeping yourself competitive and innovative.
Responsibilities
Build an open-communication environment for the team
Motivate, manage and help the team to reach to their individual and the team’s goals
Monitor and track commitments of the team and coordinate the requisite efforts to ensure the same is achieved.
Report on sales metrics and identify any bottlenecks and to provide feedbacks for eliminating those.
Research and discover methods to increase client engagement.
Recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance evaluations of the team.
Candidates having knowledge of languages other than English, Arabic and Urdu would be preferred.
