Job Description
As a Business Development Manager, you will develop and apply independent critical thinking and resourcefulness in successful business development and acquisition activities and strive to achieve set goals, objectives, and targets.
Your Responsibilities Include The Following
- Understand the business strategies, goals and objectives of KLOUDAC; propose and implement business development plans to meet the companyโs objectives.
- Build strong relationships with key decision makers to maintain the flow of prospect business for KLOUDAC, and successfully close deals with prospect clients in line with set business targets.
- Perform effective BD activities (cold calling, warm/ hot calling) with prospect clients, and network by arranging meetings for self / Partner / Managing Partner accordingly.
- Develop profound understanding for KLOUDAC services, our value proposition, and the value of the business model KLOUDAC is taking in the region.
- Research to understand the markets we operate in, the competitorโs landscape, and the profiles of the companies to be introducing KLOUDAC services to.
- Gather and share with the CEO the intelligible information solicited from the market while conducting innovative market research.
- Considering the number of consulting services KLOUDAC is offering to existing and new clients, the incumbent will be managing the CRM making sure that all important data and activities are properly updated.
- Build the target list for BD activities, including the targeted companies with their respective decision makers for each of the services offered by KLOUDAC.
- Assist in innovation initiatives including: automation, process optimization, templates generation, & new ways to identify & approach clients.
The Successful Applicant
- 5 to 10 years of verifiable skills and experience in services sales & business development within a developed corporate environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Presentation and Negotiation skills; Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
