Job Purpose
Develop and administer human resources programs and policies related to recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, training and development, health and safety, and support in implementation of global HR initiatives and practices.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Administer various human resources policies and procedures for all employees; assist in development, implementation and provide counseling on HR policies and procedures
- Manage the recruitment cycle by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, conducting interviews and completing the hiring process
- Develop and implement effective induction plans and/or on-the-job learning programs for new joiners, internal transfers and promoted team members, in coordination with concerned departments
- Support the management with the compensation & benefits programs and renewals, including but not limited to health insurance, incentives and allowances
- Organize and coordinate training and development programs with various stakeholders
- Coordinate with the KPIs and performance management process with concerned parties
- Consult with and advise the head of departments on disciplinary and grievance matters
- Supervise HR admin activities, including but not limited to recruitment, end of employment, leaves, payroll, personnel records, and other employee-related matters, thus ensuring records are maintained and updated in an efficient and confidential manner
- Comply with CARMA policies and procedures and support CARMA mission and vision
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct manager.
Technical Competencies/Skills
- Very good command of English
- Strong knowledge in MS Office
- Good knowledge of Local Labor Law
Job Requirements
- Education
BA in Human Resources, Business Administration or any relevant field.
- Experience
4 to 5 years of experience in a similar role is required
Licenses and certifications
HR Certification is preferred
