Job Description/Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identifying and targeting potential clients in the real estate sector.
- Market Analysis: Conducting market research and identifying opportunities for business expansion.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Deal Closures: Leading negotiations and securing business deals.
- Networking: Expanding your network within the real estate industry.
- Developer Relations: Identifying, prospecting, and establishing partnerships with real estate developers.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of Business Development experience in Real Estate Development, finance, hospitality, and/or paralegal industry.
