Job Description/Role
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Coordinator. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for various day-to-day operations tasks, including operations management, customer service, administrative assistance, and communication. The role is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Budget
The allocated budget for this position is AED 5,000 to AED 6,000, depending on the level of experience in the Medical Devices industry.
Minimum Years of Experience
2 Years of experience in the Medical Devices industry in operations, coordination (sales and/or service) or as a biomedical engineer is ideal for this role.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in creating financial and technical offers for medical devices
- Experience in managing MOHAP product registrations, classifications and import permits
- Customer service-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to provide administrative assistance
- Knowledge of supply chain management is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Odoo ERP
