The real estate sector is currently seeking qualified candidates with a lot of experience and education to fill the position of Human Resources Coordinator cum Admin Asst cum Receptionist in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and a proven track record of providing excellent customer service to employees.

Responsibilities of Human Resources Coordinator/Admin Assistant

HR Coordinator:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and processing new hire paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and resolving conflicts
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes.
  • Assist with payroll processing and administration.
  • Provide general administrative support as well.

Administrative Assistance:

  • Support real estate agents and management with tasks like drafting correspondence and managing schedules.
  • Transaction Coordination: Oversee real estate transactions from listing to closing, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Database Maintenance: Keep our database up to date with accurate property listings, client information, and transaction details.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials for properties.
  • Office Management: Handle day-to-day office operations to ensure a productive environment.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to real estate laws, regulations, and company policies throughout transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in UAE real estate. Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
