Senior HR Officer Required in Grankraft

Job Responsibilities:

– Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process to ensure the hiring of qualified candidates who fit the company culture and requirements.
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations to maintain a fair and conducive work environment for employees.
– Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and providing guidance to resolve conflicts effectively and in accordance with company policies.
– Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, to ensure employees are well taken care of and satisfied with their overall compensation package.
– Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies, aligning with the company’s strategic objectives and individual career growth plans.
– Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback sessions, to drive employee engagement, development, and productivity.
– Handle employee disciplinary actions and terminations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and maintaining professionalism and sensitivity throughout the process.
– Conduct regular audits of HR processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
– Collaborate with department heads and senior management to address HR-related issues, provide strategic HR advice, and support organizational growth and development initiatives.
– Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal developments to proactively address challenges and opportunities in the HR field and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
