Role Description

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to adjust strategies accordingly.

Set short-term and long-term sales goals in alignment with company objectives.

Team Leadership and Development:

Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.

Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities for team members.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Act as the primary point of contact for major accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

Sales Process Management:

Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

Ensure the sales team follows established sales processes and utilizes CRM systems effectively.

Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, and prepare regular sales reports for senior management.

Market Analysis and Business Development:

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.

Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.

Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with business initiatives.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Prepare sales budgets and forecasts, and manage the sales department’s expenses.

Monitor financial performance and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

Provide accurate sales projections and reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a sales team
  • Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, market dynamics, and customer relationship management
  • Ability to analyze sales data, develop strategic plans, and drive execution
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of the mobile accessories industry and market trends
  • Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Fluency in English (required) and Arabic (preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation tools.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Working Conditions

  • This is an onsite job role and may require travel as needed.
