Role Description
We are looking for a full-time, on-site Sales Executive to join our team at Richfield Packaging. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and building lasting relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Achieving assigned monthly sales and collection targets
- Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities
- Conducting sales presentations and negotiations
- Providing product recommendations and solutions
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Promoting our innovative and sustainable packaging solutions to businesses in all areas of UAE.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in selling disposable food packaging products
- Knowledge of disposable food packaging regulations and current industry trends
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Capable of working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- UAE driving License
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
