Job Description

  • Monthly closing (closing support for countries, regional reporting and analysis, FTE & pricing)
  • Manage forecasting and budgeting process smoothly with high quality:
    • Build tools & reports providing impactful information to region & countries.
    • Support affiliates throughout the process.
    • Pre & post process assistance to the region with customized templates to analyze financial KPI’s
  • Free Cash Flow management and improvements
  • Large capex monthly tracking, comments consolidation by coordinating with affiliates & group control
  • Automate Finance work in the region as much as possible
  • Regional Finance SharePoint maintenance
  • Ad ‘hoc analysis (trend & variance analysis, business performance review reports).

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting
  • 3 years of progressive experience in Big 4, strategy consulting, or in Multinational Corporations with experience in FP&A
  • Ability to extract, analyze, prepare, and present financial information to a wide variety of audience
  • Good knowledge of Think-Cell is a strong plus
  • Strong communication skills and ability to navigate complex matrix environments
  • Flexibility to embrace internal challenges and respond to changes
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerBI
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Business Central 365
  • Fluent in English. French would be an advantage
  • Only candidates currently based in UAE will be considered
