Roles & Responsibilities
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance & Accounts Executive located in Dubai. The Finance & Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, reviewing and analyzing financial data, performing financial forecasting and budgeting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Finance & Accounts Executive will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local regulations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor cash flow and financial transactions, reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.
- Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and documentation.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and other financial institutions.
- Provide guidance and support to staff, ensuring their professional development.
- Stay updated on accounting principles, regulations, and industry trends.
- Contribute to strategic financial planning and decision-making.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Knowledge of UAE accounting regulations and standards.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English;
