Job Responsibilities:
– Initiate outbound sales calls to prospective clients, introducing Travco’s travel and tourism services and products.
– Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and market research, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential customers.
– Present, promote, and sell travel packages, tours, and services to meet the specific needs and preferences of clients.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
– Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company, contributing to overall revenue growth.
– Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of Travco’s offerings.
– Follow up on leads and prospects, providing detailed information and answering questions to facilitate decision-making.
– Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, client interactions, and manage the sales pipeline efficiently.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities and enhance brand visibility.
– Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in our services.
– Participate in sales training sessions and workshops to stay updated on industry trends and enhance sales skills.
– Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, client feedback, and market conditions.
– Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent Travco and build a network of contacts within the travel industry.
