Role Overview:
As a Accountant, you will play a crucial role in our finance department, overseeing various accounting functions to ensure the accuracy and transparency of financial data. Your responsibilities will include financial reporting, audit compliance, and leading a team towards operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise and manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end closing procedures.
– Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
– Prepare comprehensive financial reports and statements for stakeholders.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow.
– Utilize Tally software proficiency for efficient accounting processes.
– Demonstrate strong leadership skills in guiding the team and maintaining a high standard of accuracy in financial transactions.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance.
– Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macros, pivot tables, and logical formulae.
