Junior Accountant Required in Bin Hilal Group
Job Responsibilities:
– Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets under the guidance of senior accountants.
– Record financial transactions accurately and timely in the accounting system, ensuring compliance with established accounting standards and procedures.
– Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer invoicing.
– Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
– Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of fixed assets, depreciation, and amortization schedules.
– Assist with the preparation of tax returns and compliance filings, ensuring adherence to tax regulations and deadlines.
– Support the audit process by providing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries in a timely manner.
– Assist in the analysis of financial data and preparation of financial reports for management review.
– Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and provide support as needed.
– Participate in training and development activities to enhance accounting knowledge and skills.
– Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management, contributing to the achievement of departmental goals and objectives.
– Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to financial controls and confidentiality.
– Stay informed about changes in accounting standards, regulations, and best practices, and apply knowledge to job responsibilities.
