Job Responsibilities:
– Provide technical support and assistance to customers and internal teams, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution of technical problems.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and operations to understand customer requirements and provide technical guidance and solutions.
– Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of technical specifications and functionalities.
– Participate in the design and implementation of technical solutions, including system configurations, installations, and upgrades, to meet client needs and improve overall performance.
– Perform regular maintenance and monitoring of systems, identifying and resolving any potential issues to prevent downtime and ensure optimal functionality.
– Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance procedures on new products and features, identifying bugs and areas for improvement, and working closely with the development team to address them.
– Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, providing insights and recommendations for enhancing products and services.
– Assist in the development and documentation of technical procedures, guidelines, and training materials to support effective knowledge transfer and onboarding of new team members.
– Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to procure necessary hardware, software, and technical resources, ensuring compatibility and cost-effectiveness.
– Maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted technical advisor and resource, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
