Senior HSE Officer Required in Grankraft
Job Responsibilities:
– Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and identify potential hazards or risks.
– Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
– Provide training to employees on HSE protocols, emergency procedures, and safe work practices.
– Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and safety violations, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
– Review and approve risk assessments, method statements, and other safety documents for various projects.
– Liaise with regulatory agencies, clients, and contractors to ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulations.
– Conduct audits and assessments of HSE management systems to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
– Manage and maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation in accordance with legal and company requirements.
– Participate in emergency response planning and drills, and coordinate emergency response activities as needed.
– Provide HSE support and guidance to project teams, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
– Stay updated on new and emerging HSE regulations, technologies, and best practices, and recommend enhancements to existing programs.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE considerations into project planning, design, and execution processes.
– Champion a culture of safety awareness, responsibility, and continuous improvement across the organization.
