– Analyze project specifications and contract requirements.
– Monitor project costs, budgets, and variations.
– Prepare and submit progress reports and financial statements.
– Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate contracts.
– Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost-effective solutions.
– Verify and certify progress payments and final accounts.
– Maintain accurate records and documentation.
