We in Kanoo Travel are looking for a dynamic and a highly motivated personality holding the position of a Sales Manager to be based in Abu Dhabi
who will be responsible in escalating the business by reaching out to bring in Medium – Large size corporate clients.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in Abu Dhabi and the surrounding areas.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets, providing ongoing training and support as needed.
- Monitor sales performance and track progress towards achieving target revenues, taking proactive measures to address any deviations and ensure alignment with budgetary constraints.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to enhance the company’s market presence and revenue streams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and travel partners to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation in our products and services.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, sales collateral, and pricing strategies to drive sales and enhance brand awareness.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review, and provide insights and recommendations for business growth.
- Stay up-to-date of Request for Proposal (RFP) dates from government entities and major accounts in the market, coordinating timely responses and engagement strategies to secure lucrative contracts and partnerships.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years corporate travel sales experience in the UAE travel services industry. • Minimum qualification of a graduate level degree in any field.
- Prior travel operations experience, or someone that has moved from operations to sales is preferable.
- Must have a proven track record of contracting mid to large volume clients. Strong client prospect pipeline that can be converted in a short-term period.
- Ability to sell Business / transient travel, Marine & Offshore and Meeting & Events • Experience / knowledge of Corporate Online Booking Tool (OBT) solutions
- Needs to work independently.
- UAE driver’s license is mandatory.
