We are seeking a Real Estate Sales Manager with expertise in the Secondary Market to lead and coordinate our sales team. The successful candidate will oversee organizational sales efforts, develop business strategies, achieve set objectives, and collaborate with the marketing department. Responsibilities will include supervising the sales team, monitoring performance against sales targets, setting individual sales goals, and facilitating continuous training for the team members.

Job Description:

  • Establishes and oversees all aspects of the sales department, including leadership, account management, business analytics, and channel development.
  • Creates comprehensive training programs to educate sales agents on customer acquisition, negotiation, financing, and sales paperwork.
  • Designs and executes a strategic business plan to expand the company’s customer base and maintain a strong market presence.
  • Manages a sales team, providing leadership, training, and coaching.
  • Develops sales strategies to meet organizational sales goals and revenue targets, setting individual sales targets for the team.
  • Collaborates with sales agents to refine sales scripts.
  • Tracks, analyzes, and interprets sales figures and reports.
  • Ensures that the sales team has the necessary resources to perform effectively.
  • Plans and oversees sales team training initiatives.
  • Controls expenses and monitors budgets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales training or sales management within the real estate sector in Dubai, preferably in a fast-paced environment with a high-volume sales team.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring aptitude, capable of motivating and guiding sales agents effectively.
  • Proficiency in sales techniques, methodologies, as well as sales metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
  • Valid driving license and own vehicle is advantageous.
