Our Finance team is growing, and we are currently looking to hire Account Payables
What are the essential duties/responsibilities?
- Reviews invoices and related documentation, enters invoice details onto the system for proper classification. Receives Invoice Payment Certificate approvals and issues payment and vouchers upon appropriate approval.
- Receives invoices from suppliers against purchace of materials / services. Checks invoices to ensure that they tally with Purchase Order / Service Order and passes to the concerned division for approval of payment.
- Enters Journal Vouchers (JV) in the System for transactions not related to Accounts Payable Incharge for records purposes.
What Should I have?
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
- Competent in data planning, analysis, and reporting. Deep expertise in using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent English and Arabic
Things to consider:
- This role will report to the Head of Account Payables Unit
- This role will be based in AlAin
