About The Role
To succeed in this role, you need to be a team player with ability to create an atmosphere of motivation and enthusiasm to be part of the Area Hub.
In Your Role You Will:
- Be responsible for regular Invoicing based on customer contract and pricing catalogue on Oracle based finance system
- Resolve disputes raised by clients by liaising with the claims teams and concerned key account managers
- Co-ordinate regularly with Central invoicing team
- Work with auditors during financial audits
- Advise and provide assistance to the line management in the area of finance and work closely with other departments in a supporting and advisory capacity (e.g. operations and sales)
- Respond to Customer queries on disputes and quotations
- Support the Finance teams’ ad hoc requirements and improvement initiatives

About You
To maximize your chances, you need:
- Knowledge of finance and accounting principles and procedures.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of Experience in controllership.
- Experience in Oracle finance system especially in Order management and Project Management Modules.
- Experience in Maritime industry is preferable but not a prerequisite.
- Experience in working cross border is preferable but not a prerequisite.
- Successful candidates should have a commercial and solution-oriented mindset and a pragmatic approach.
- Ability to work under pressure (closings, forecasts, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or Business administration or any other relevant field.
