About The Role

To succeed in this role, you need to be a team player with ability to create an atmosphere of motivation and enthusiasm to be part of the Area Hub.

In Your Role You Will:

  • Be responsible for regular Invoicing based on customer contract and pricing catalogue on Oracle based finance system
  • Resolve disputes raised by clients by liaising with the claims teams and concerned key account managers
  • Co-ordinate regularly with Central invoicing team
  • Work with auditors during financial audits
  • Advise and provide assistance to the line management in the area of finance and work closely with other departments in a supporting and advisory capacity (e.g. operations and sales)
  • Respond to Customer queries on disputes and quotations
  • Support the Finance teams’ ad hoc requirements and improvement initiatives

About You

To maximize your chances, you need:

  • Knowledge of finance and accounting principles and procedures.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of Experience in controllership.
  • Experience in Oracle finance system especially in Order management and Project Management Modules.
  • Experience in Maritime industry is preferable but not a prerequisite.
  • Experience in working cross border is preferable but not a prerequisite.
  • Successful candidates should have a commercial and solution-oriented mindset and a pragmatic approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure (closings, forecasts, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or Business administration or any other relevant field.
