NILFISK is a Scandinavian company, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of professional cleaning equipment.

Due to the development of the company, we are looking for a person for the position of:

Customer Care Specialist

Place of work: office in Dubai

The job responsibility:

  • Customer Order Intake and Processing including Returns Processing;
  • Review issues related to automatically processed orders;
  • Receive and resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to the orders in a timely manner;
  • Resolve issues related to incomplete orders and delivery blocks with customers and/or internal teams;
  • Performing Billing & Invoicing and entering orders into the system and controlling their timeliness
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients as well as with other departments of the company.
  • Close cooperation with the client, e.g. in terms of supplies
  • Cooperation with the warehouse (controlling inventory levels, controlling the flow of goods between individual warehouses)
  • Cooperation with the financial department

Our requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years or more experience in customer care, order management or logistics
  • University degree higher education
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work analytically within a problem-solving environment.
  • Knowledge of the SAP program would advantage
  • Very good organization of work and ability to work under time pressure
  • Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships;
  • Good MS Office knowledge (esp. Excel);
  • Fluency in English (min. B2)
