Organization Unit Purpose
Due to the formation of a new financial entity, Emirates Islamic Bank, by the Emirates Bank Group.
Job Purpose
Provide regular market feedback as well as inputs to the management for formulations of Sales strategy.
Ensure credit card target must met as required by business.
To Lead/Motivate/Guide & Manage the Sales Team
Maintain good relationships with key organizations and their employees for generating business.
Look at new companies to work with where there is a good potential for the bank to penetrate.
Job Content
Set credit card targets for the sales teams and monitor their achievement to ensure that sales targets for the assigned business are met.
Achieve Cross selling targets of non assigned products and services to contribute to the revenues and market presence.
Develop new markets and customers within the assigned territory to enhance to enhance sales volumes.
Create and build product awareness amongst the team members through mailers, events etc. to prospect business
Manage key accounts to ensure superior service and customer loyalty
Supervise sales team by tracking their performance and make recommendations for improving their competence and productivity.
Person Specifications
Leadership qualities, sales orientation, public relation, people management, knowledge of market, competition, communication & interactive Skills
Possesses in depth knowledge of the various dimensions of the market industry.
Identifies areas for new or additional business. Possesses good understanding of policies & their implications.
Provides support to the sales team, ensures OJT is delivered at all ties
Excellent communication skills, result oriented, capable to develop others, good public relations, perseverance
2 years UAE Banking experience
