Our sister company is looking for a Levant Cuisine Executive Chef.
The ideal candidate must have:
- Globally recognized culinary qualification
- Lebanese food background
- Knowledge of Levantine cuisine
- Degree holder in Hotel and Catering Management an advantage
- Experience in running culinary teams
- Experience in running restaurants and kitchens to budget targets
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in arabic language is desirable
- Menu planning and recipes knowledge
- Excellent Food and Beverage knowledge
- Cost control awareness and ability to keep to budgets
- Previous relevant experience
- English – Good verbal and written communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build working relationships
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
