Responsibilities
Reporting to the Accounts Manager
Responsible all matters related to shipping agency revenue, disbursement, collection, remittance and reconciliation.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding from agencies, AR Ageing reporting, Dispute Management and checking on billing completeness, demurrage billing etc.
Liaise with External and Internal Auditors.
Qualifications and experience
Commerce Degree / CA Intermediate
5 years of relevant work experience with a container shipping company head office or with container shipping agency head office.
MS Excel expertise and data analytics.
Good command in written and verbal English language for effective communication
High level of Integrity and Ethics
Organized and possess strong analytical skills with an eye for details
Ability to manage time well to meet tight deadlines and multi-task
Able to work under stress and adaptable to changes
Self-initiative individual who can work well in a team
