Opportunity: Assistant Costing Manager / Senior Cost Analyst

Profile:
Responsible to calculate, monitor, analyze and report on all cost accounting & inventory data for all manufacturing & farming activities in the company and consolidate with financial statements.
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic;
- Prepare budget & forecast for all manufacturing & Farming activities.
- Responsible for the development and installation of the company’s cost accounting & Inventory Management system.
Operational:
- Collects data to determine cost of RM, PM, labor cost and overheads costs.
- Advise & support the operations on day-to-day basis.
- Root Cause variance analysis and driving corrective actions.
- Analyzes and record results, prepares required banking and financial reports and provide briefs to management.
- Supervise and assist accounting staff in completion of month end close procedures.
- Prepare and review management reports.
- Coordinate quarterly/annual audit process.
- Assist management with especial projects.
- Generate manufacturing monthly and quarterly forecast.
- Establish and maintain procedures, system and controls which verify the integrity of all system processes and data.
Educational Qualification / Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
- CIMA, ICWA or other related Master’s degree preferred.
Experience:
Not less than 6 years professional experience in Cost Accounting & Inventory Management, including a minimum of 2 years of supervising and managing staff.
