About the job

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Payroll and Operations Specialist to lead our HR team and oversee all aspects of HR operations, payroll administration, and SAP implementation.

With a strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and providing guidance to the organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of HR professionals responsible for various HR functions, including payroll administration, employee onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, and employee data management.

2. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of SAP for efficient HR operations.

3. Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, and compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and benefit programs.

4. Stay updated on changes in labor laws and ensure policies and practices are compliant.

5. Develop and implement streamlined processes to improve efficiency in HR operations.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address employee relations matters, performance management, talent acquisition, training & and development initiatives.

7. Provide guidance to managers on employee relations issues while ensuring fair treatment of employees.

8. Prepare reports for management regarding HR metrics such as turnover rates, headcount analysis, etc.

9. Stay informed about industry best practices in HR operations.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an HR Payroll Specialist or similar role is essential.

2. In-depth knowledge of labor laws, employment practices, and regulations is required.

3. Strong expertise in SAP implementation for HR operations is preferred.

4. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience leading a team in charge of a Payroll of more than 1000 employees are highly desirable.

5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels within the organization.

6. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

7. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
