We are hiring for Real Estate Sales Consultant:
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct property viewings and prepare listing presentations.
- Provide market analysis and advice on pricing strategies.
- Negotiate purchase and sale agreements on behalf of clients
- Coordinate property transactions, including inspections, appraisals, and closing
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals
- Keep up-to-date with current real estate trends, regulations, and laws
- Attend networking events and stay active in the local community.
Requirements:
- Active real estate license
- Proven track record of success in sales and customer service
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of local real estate markets and trends
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
