Our Client
A leading real estate developer in Abu Dhabi have an exciting opportunity for a Manager Statutory Reporting and Budgeting to join their finance team.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure the financial transactions related to the group and subsidiary companies are maintained in the General Ledger in full compliance with IFRS.
- Lead and manage the development of consolidated management reports (financial and operational), audited financial statements
- Monitor and report the consolidated financial and business performance against internal KPI’s and plans.
- Lead the business planning and forecasting processes in order to ensure the preparation and consolidation of budgets and forecasts in line with the business requirements.
- Ensure employee payroll cost is charged in line with the organization chart.
- Discuss reporting requirements with divisions/corporate units and design management reporting and consolidation templates in line with business needs.
Your Qualifications
- A professional finance qualification (CA/CPA/CMA/ACCA) plus Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial reporting, FP&A and IFRS knowledge
- Experience in a multinational organization is an asset.
- BIG4 experience is preferred
- Advanced Excel, experience with major ERP’s is preferred
- Experience with BI tools like Power BI is preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
