Job Description:
MIDTOWN FACTORY LLC is seeking a visionary Chief Operating Officer to oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the business. The ideal candidate will have experience in the manufacturing or retail industries, preferably within the UAE. Fluency in Russian and English is required.
Responsibilities:
Launch and oversee the production process.
Manage financial and accounting operations within the enterprise.
Organize material accounting and inventory management.
Develop and implement budget plans, ensuring effective spending and return on investment.
Form and lead the project team.
Establish internal regulations, quality standards, and work instructions.
Train and monitor employees’ adherence to company regulations, standards, and instructions.
Analyze employee performance, optimize business processes, and distribute areas of responsibility.
Qualifications:
Higher technical education.
Minimum of 5 years of successful management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
At least 3 years of experience in a leadership position within the manufacturing or retail industries in the UAE.
Fluency in Russian and English.
