About the job

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the trial balances across the group
• Performing analysis and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts including intercompany balances monthly
• Preparation of monthly management information including profitability by client, segmented profit and loss accounts, balance sheet, cash flows and commentaries.
• Preparation and submission of VAT returns
• Collecting and analyzing data, which is then used in the preparation of accounting estimates, in particular estimates relating to project and campaign costs
• Preparing weekly cash flow statements, and controlling expenditure and cash flow
• Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts and providing information to the auditors as required
• Migrating companies from existing platforms into the new group ERP system
• Working closely with Account Directors to price, budget and report on their client portfolio
• Preparation of forward-looking financial information including annual forecasts and budgets
