Job type/Contract: Temporary, 06 months – extendable/convertible contract.

Job summary/Role description: Carry out support activities in preparing the company financial statement and reporting for the Parent Company.
Duties and responsibilities
- Oversees the activities of the Accounts Receivable function to ensure the accurate and timely management of all AR components including billings, collections, revenue recognition and reporting.
- Oversees the activities of the Accounts Payable function to ensure the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable invoices, accurate recording of transactions, Full cycle payables.
- Oversees the activities of the General Ledger Function to ensure the accurate and timely closing of the General Ledger. Assure all transactions are recorded.
- Perform weekly cash management and forecast.
- Performs monthly Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss account analysis by location.
- Preparing of journal entries, account reviews and expense variance analysis.
- Prepare/analyze balancing of the monthly intercompany transactions.
- Prepare general ledger entries including prepaids, accruals, allocations, etc.
- Project Management control.
- Monthly reconciliation of accounts.
- Full Cycle Accounts Payables.
- Accounts Receivable – Post payments to billing.
- Facilitate external/Internal Audits.
Knowledge & Qualifications
- University degree in a relevant discipline.
- Computer Skills – Spreadsheet applications and working knowledge of SAP (essential) and Business Intelligence System.
Experience
- Significant experience in similar position (07-10 Years).

- Fluent English.
