Role Overview:

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our growing Finance Team at Multibank Group. You will join a team that focuses on generating daily reports that are used by the Senior Management of the Group. As a Financial Analyst, you will handle multiple assignments in a rapidly changing, fast paced environment. Your main responsibilities include company-wide monitoring and assessment of financial transactions, daily report preparation, and ad-hoc analytical support for internal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team in generating daily reports
  • Perform ad-hoc data analysis tasks daily
  • Identifying trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement
  • Coordinating with other members of the finance team to review financial information and set targets
  • Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization
  • Enhance and further simplify the existing reporting process
  • Develop and prepare daily and monthly reports that help with decision making

Key Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in financial planning, financial analysis and modeling or other related fields
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and ability to program in VBA is a definite plus
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience with SQL, Power BI, R is a definite plus
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and communication skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity, and an ability to adapt to shifting priorities
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-finance individuals and maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously
  • Detail oriented
