Aventus is currently mandated by a leading bank to hire a HR Transformation Manager to join their growing team.
The Role will be based out of Dubai, UAE
Can you demonstrate the following?:
Passionate about engaging others in change agendas and bring them on the journey.
An ability to get things done in a demanding environment.
Required experience:
- A track record of end to end management of change and transformation
- Experience of managing Organizational Change projects, with a hands-on approach to delivery.
- Demonstrable experience of on-boarding new resource and harmonizing from both a cultural and functional perspective.
Desired:
- Prior Experience of working in similar functions within the banking sector
- Experience of managing diversity programs
- Experience of designing and delivering competency frameworks and rolling out into business
