Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with IT team, controls team and banks to implement Supply chain financing across Americana Restaurants entities
- Track and ensure compliance to covenants for existing bank debt
- Review existing banking agreements and carry out rate negotiations
- Identify and execute projects which could bring value to the company (either in terms of reduction in cost or increase in income).
- Ensure Compliance with Treasury Policy and DOA matrix
- Reconcile data uploaded in Hyperion vs Treasury portal on monthly basis
- Review cash balance by entity on monthly basis…ensure funds are not blocked and placed in interest yielding deposits
- Ensure annual renewal of existing bank facilities and ensure execution of related agreements
- Bank Authorized Signatory management – Addition/ deletion of signatories on account of employee movement
- Resolve and find solutions for ad-hoc requests/ queries from entities. Support in any other ad-hoc corporate finance related projects.
Requirements:
Qualifications
- Must have a CA or equivalent degree.
- Over 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Can have both inhouse or Consultancy background.
- Experience working within the retail industry is highly preferred but not mandatory.
