Jumbo Group has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and creative Assistant Manager ECommerce.
Role: Assistant Manager Ecommerce
Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving monthly sales targets for the E Commerce platform
- Manage various KPI’s such as traffic, conversion, client acquisition and customer interaction
- Using Martech tools to optimize online customer journey
- Manage promotion and key offers in line with the competitive pricing and campaigns
- Responsible for working along with existing retail category managers to understand the forecast and create offers for E Commerce
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing team to plan seasonal campaigns and regularly analyze performance to recommend optimisation of revenue
- Drive actionable consumer insights (through web analytics and competitive landscape benchmarking) to improve traffic acquisition, user experience, and platform capabilities
- Responsible for MIS report on the product, category and channel performance
- Responsible for updates on catalogue listing and catalogue enhancement
- Planning product listing for Partner sites – Marketplaces & Developing new catalogues
- Collaborate closely with fulfilment & customer service team to manage delivery promise time and customer escalations
Job Requirement :
- Qualification: any Bachelor’s Degree
- 8+ years of relevant experience with at least 2 years of experience in Consumer Electronics
- Good communication & Presentation skills
- Relevant E-com industry exp
- Good Analytical & excel skills
- Team handling experience
