OPERATIONS MANAGER
We are a well-established and exciting landscape company creating exceptional outdoor projects in the UAE. Based in Dubai, we specialize in landscape design, construction and maintenance services. We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee the processes of the construction division. This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the management. The basic job responsibilities will include strategic planning for projects, general estimation coordination, budgeting, scheduling and liaising with clients over project requirements and management of the project teams and administration. The position is responsible for overall quality assurance, project execution and effective customer relationship management. The following skills are essential to the position:
– Strong communication skills and demonstrated client service attitude.
– Knowledge of landscape and horticulture materials, equipment and safety procedures
– Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
– Ability to manage multiple projects and support teams
– FIDIC or similar contractual experience required
– At least 10 years’ UAE experience in landscape construction required. A degree in horticulture/ engineering would be a definite plus.
